Used Golf Ball Condition Chart

Birdie Golf understands that too many classifications of used golf balls are confusing and unneccessary. We therefore have tried to simplify our coding system:

We grade our used golf balls as follows:

Brand 1. AAA - Mint to near perfect; these balls are very slightly used and many could pass for new. They will retain their original luster, coloration and performance characteristics. These golf balls may include corporate or team logos or small player markings,

Brand 2. AA - Good to excellent condition; these balls may have some minor blemishes or slight discoloration or minor marks.  These golf balls may include corporate or team logos or small player markings. Their performance characteristics will not be compromised.

Brand 3. A - Pretty good to fair condition: these balls may have a mark or two or a bit of color from an identifying Magic Marker spot not able to be removed completely without damaging the ball. Even for this level performance characteristics will not be compromised.

Brand 4. B. Shag, range or Gator bait these balls should only be used for driving range or swing practice and out of laughing range of your pals.

Some of our used golf balls have logos on them. For a fee of $2.00 more per dozen we will sort out by hand and send you logo free golf balls.
